Maritime security index
The Maritime Security Index (MSI) is a list of regulated vessels arriving or operating in Australian ports or waters.
We update the MSI Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
Accessing the MSI
We identify and invite industry participants to register online to access the MSI.
If you receive an invitation to register, follow the link in the email to create your account on ImmiAccount.
If you have not received an invitation to register, but you need access to the MSI, complete the
MSI request form.
We will:
- assess your request
- invite you to register if we think you have a valid reason for access.
We usually process requests for access in 10 days.
