We promote proactive compliance
We focus on education, advice and information exchange to help critical infrastructure asset owners and operators understand and meet their regulatory requirements and keep abreast of the evolving risk environment.
Education and enforcement mechanisms are required for an effective and flexible regulatory system. This system should not unnecessarily impede the efficient operations of regulated assets.
We will proportionately and appropriately respond to non-compliance as a last resort.
